I was diagnosed HCV Pos in Sept. 05, at San Francisco Veterans Hosp. and was told not to worry about it, I would probably die with it than because of it. In 06 I started getting sick so I figured I better do something, like file. I am a Viet Vet 1965, have no tattoos never used needles, had multiple sex partners and the only medical procedures I have had, of any kind were in military or veterans facilities. All of this was mentioned in my filing, plus much more. I am hoping to acquire service connection so I can get treatment. By the tone of the filing process your organization lists it seems to say that I can be financially compensated. I am already 100% service connected PTSD and I thought that was as much as I would ever see from the veterans. Please enlighten me.
