These COCKSUCKERS at BVA . I filed NOD for first denial. I sent all info they requested in a timely manner. Denied my claim March 08. BVA says my hep c was not incurred during military service. "Service treatment records are entirely negative for treatment for or diagnosis of hepatitis c". COCKSUCKERS! "The earliest record for hep c was 2002 which noted you were in hep c training session in 2002. 'this corresponds to the date of onset you entered in your application, form 21-526. The records are many years after and they provide no link to military service or risk factor during service. Therefore service connection is not established.' What'd the COCKSUCKERS DO with all the evidence i submitted? Blood to blood, sutures, blood soaked rag from one soldier applied to my wounds, all the pages of MILREC evidence i submitted. Hospitalization, etc. No mention is made. They ragged on the fact my 2 nexus letters weren't identical..... well sheeeeit, each doc picked different methods of transmission. I'm sick to death of the military and can't imagine answering their denial. My wife says she can do it so it's hers. I divorced the Army in 1968 and cannot muster the incentive to deal with the BVA. Reading my denial again put me near the edge.... the bastards want me to drink a few beers and put the denial back in the drawer. Well, that's what i feel like. A good buzz would feel good since i can't ring the neck of th COCKSUCKER that denied my claim. FTA ..... Thank you AMVETS for NOT BEING THERE FOR ME.... nobody ever in the office except AL who now shares the space. A buzz can make the Injun blood do strange things, so don't get me started.
