Good morning.My name is Julian Lewis and I have a question about "cirrhosis of the liver"I know it is not on the "Agent Orange List" presumed disease,but on my statement of the case ,the VA states it is on a presumed list and can only be sc if a problem occured with in a year after discharge.My question is,"What is the VA presuming caused it?" I have hep B&C with liver cirrhosis and I am a Vietnam Vet.Naturally I have sent is a NOD and awaiting a VBA local Hearing. So what is the VA presuming caused it.Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter. Julian Lewis
